[origin: WO2021112695A1] The subject of the invention is absorbent underwear in the form of undergarments, whose aim is to absorb women's menstrual blood. Absorbent underwear in the form of undergarments having a triple-layered moisture absorbing pad between the openings for the legs in the crotch, characteristic in that the inner layer of the moisture absorbing pad (1) from the side contacting the body is made of at least 60% polyester, the middle layer of the pad is made of cotton and the outer layer is made of polyester laminated with polyurethane or laminated cotton knitwear and the layers of the pad are sewn together with the seams being covered with polyacrylic resin.
