[origin: WO2020051602A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a cushion (1) having a cover (2) made of an airtight cover material and a resilient, polydirectionally-permeable filling body (3) which is arranged in the cover (2) and which is integrally connected to the cover (2), wherein the method comprises at least the following steps: coating a first mould cavity (6') of a mould (6) having a curable, flowable and/or sprayable synthetic material to form a first cover shell (2'), coating a second mould cavity (6'') of the mould (6) having the curable, flowable and/or sprayable synthetic material to form a second cover shell (2''), inserting of a previously produced filling body (3) in the first cover shall (2') located in the first mould cavity (6'), joining the first and second shells (2', 2'') located in the first mould cavity (6') and in the second mould cavity (6'') before curing or completing the reaction of the synthetic material.
