An elongate pulling handle (204) for removing the device from the user's foot by exerting a pulling force is attached to an engagement area (114) and/or to a side edge (104) of the centra! body portion (100), and has a longitudinal extent that makes an angle in the range between 60° and 90° with said side edge.
