The lid assembly (108) comprises a lid (102, 202, 302, 402, 502), a venting tube (103, 4031, 4032, 503), and a pressure limiting valve (104, 204, 304, 504). The lid (102, 202, 302, 402, 502) is provided with a through hole (135, 535) that traverses the lid (102, 202, 302, 402, 502) from top to bottom. The venting tube (103, 4031, 4032, 503) is provided in the through hole (135, 535) of the lid (102, 202, 302, 402, 502) and in communication with the bowl cavity(110), and comprises an air outlet (130). The pressure limiting valve (104, 204, 304, 504) is arranged to cover the venting tube (103, 4031, 4032, 503) and is capable of moving up and down.
