[origin: WO2021121835A1] The invention relates to a set of floor panels, comprising a first floor panel (1) which has a first holding profile (10) on a lateral edge and comprising a second floor panel (3) which has a second holding profile (30) on a lateral edge, said second holding profile being connectable to the first holding profile (10) by means of a substantially vertical downward movement of the second floor panel (3). A separate clip (50) is inserted into a clip groove (14) of the first holding profile (10), said clip being substantially L-shaped and having a horizontal limb (51), a vertical limb (52), and a locking tab which is positioned on an upper end (54) of the vertical limb (53) and which reaches a locking position in order to vertically lock the holding profiles (10, 30) during or after the downward movement of the second floor panel (3). The invention is characterized in that, the horizontal limb (51) generates a clamping force when the clip (50) is inserted into the clip groove (14), the upper end (53) of the vertical limb (52) being pressed against an upper delimiting wall (15) of the clip groove (14) by means of said clamping force. The clip (50) is therefore prevented from falling out of the clip groove (14). Additionally, the position of the clip (50) in the clip groove (14) is precisely defined.
