Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020065162A1] A lighting device (DE) comprises: - a source (SP) generating photons, - a light guide (GL) receiving these photons in a first zone (Z1) in order to guide them to a second zone (Z2) in order for them to participate in a photometric function, and comprising, at a chosen location, a transverse groove (RT) extending over almost all of its thickness and over all of its width in order to subdivide it into two adjacent parts (PG1- PG2), and - an opaque plate (PO), having similar dimensions to the dimensions of the transverse groove (RT), and either housed in the latter (RT) in order to allow lighting by the photons of a portion of the second zone (Z2) belonging to one of the parts (PG1-PG2) of the light guide (GL), or unused in order to allow lighting of the entire second zone (Z2) by the photons.
