Provided is an air-conditioning hot-water-supply device configured so that hot-water supply operation and the like can be properly performed. The air-conditioning hot-water-supply device (W) includes a refrigerant circuit Q in which refrigerant circulates sequentially through a compressor (1), a hot-water-supply heat exchanger (3), an expansion valve (11), and an outdoor heat exchanger (4). Further, the air-conditioning hot-water-supply device (W) includes a check valve (15) provided at a pipe (ke) connecting a low-pressure-side connection port (he) of a four-way valve (8) and a suction side of the compressor (1). An expansion valve (10) blocks between a high-pressure-side connection port (hg) of the four-way valve (8) and a discharge side of the compressor (1). The check valve (15) allows a refrigerant flow from the four-way valve (8) to the suction side of the compressor (1) through the pipe (ke) and inhibits a flow in an opposite direction.
