Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020079169A1] The invention relates to a microfluidic device (10) comprising: – a substrate (Sub) which are positioned walls (W) delimiting a plurality of contiguous chambers (Chi), – a flexible membrane (Memb) positioned and fixed on the walls in such a way as to form closed chambers, the chambers being intended to be filled with fluid, – at least one canal (CAi) connected to each chamber, the said canal being connected only to one single chamber, a canal being intended to activate the associated chamber by applying a determined pressure to the fluid of the said chamber so as locally to create elastic deformation of the said membrane, a chamber therefore being intended to be activated by the associated canal independently of the other chambers.
