Abstract (en)

[origin: EP3868972A1] A first barrier section (1), a height-adjustable barrier (20) comprising the first barrier section (1), a kit of parts and a method for converting a first barrier section (1) to the height-adjustable barrier (20), is disclosed. The first barrier section (1) is prepared for the converting by being arranged to telescopically receive a second post (13) of a second barrier section (11) inside a respective tube-shaped first post (3) of the first barrier section (1), and a respective stop (7) is arranged to fit inside the respective first post (3), which stop (7) comprises a stop surface (7c) to be arranged at a distance from a lower end (4) of the respective first post (3). The stop (7) is arranged to prevent a further motion of the second post (13) of the second barrier section (11) inside the respective first post (3) in direction towards a lower end (4) of the first posts (3).
