The slot rotation mechanism comprises: a leaf spring comprising at least one slot and a stop for integration with the support or the active component; and the cylindrical part that comprises a notch of which the shape is complementary to that of the notch of the leaf spring. The leaf spring elastically deforms by bending when the active component is rotated from one angular position to another angular position with respect to the support; and at each angular position, the notch of the leaf spring is respectively in contact with a complementary notch of the cylindrical part.
