According to the invention, at least one line is arranged on the internal kelly bar, a rotary union is arranged on a lower or upper end region of the internal kelly bar, which union has a first connecting section and a second connecting section, and a rotary device for actively rotating the two connecting sections relative to one another is arranged on the rotary union.
