[origin: WO2021198086A1] The invention relates to a pipette tip made of plastic with an elongate, tubular body with a lower opening at the lower end for the passage of liquid and an upper opening at the upper end for clamping onto an attachment of a pipette device. Next to the upper opening on the inner circumference of the tubular body, there is provided a seat region for the attachment, and next to the upper opening on the outer circumference of the tubular body there is provided at least one flattened portion extended in the axial direction. The wall thickness of the tubular body in a cross section through the tubular body starting from either of the two regions of the tubular body adjacent to the flattened portion gradually reduces in the flattened portion towards its central region, and the flattened portion in the cross section through the tubular body has a straight profile or a profile that is curved to a lesser extent than the adjacent regions.

Pipettenspitze aus Kunststoff mit einem länglichen, rohrförmigen Körper mit einer unteren Öffnung an dem unteren Ende für den Durchgang von Flüssigkeit und einer oberen Öffnung an dem oberen Ende zum Aufklemmen auf einen Ansatz einer Pipettiervorrichtung, wobei neben der oberen Öffnung am inneren Umfang des rohrförmigen Körpers ein Sitzbereich für den Ansatz vorhanden ist, wobei neben der oberen Öffnung am äußeren Umfang des rohrförmigen Körpers mindestens eine in Axialrichtung erstreckte Abflachung vorhanden ist, die Wandstärke des rohrförmigen Körpers sich in einem Querschnitt durch den rohrförmigen Körper jeweils ausgehend von einem der beiden an die Abflachung angrenzenden Bereiche des rohrförmigen Körpers in der Abflachung zu deren Zentralbereich hin allmählich verringert und die Abflachung in dem Querschnitt durch den rohrförmigen Körper ein geradliniges oder weniger stark als die angrenzenden Bereiche gekrümmtes Profil hat.
