[origin: WO2017133977A1] The invention relates to a device for cutting food products, in particular a high performance slicer, having a working area consisting of a cutting area and a transport area provided with a product conveying system. Said product conveying system conveys the products to be cut to the cutting area on one or more tracks and at the end of the cutting area, a cutting blade moves, in particular, rotatingly and/or in a circular manner, in the cutting plane. Said device comprises a contact-free sensing device for detecting at least one part of the outer contour of the product to be cut. The scanning device for detecting the contours comprises at least one compact sensor arranged in the working area.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten, insbesondere Hochleistungs-Slicer, mit einem Arbeitsbereich, der einen Schneidbereich sowie einen Transportbereich mit einer Produktzufuhr umfasst, wobei die Produktzufuhr aufzuschneidende Produkte dem Schneidbereich einspurig oder mehrspurig zuführt und am Ende des Schneidbereichs sich in einer Schneidebene ein Schneidmesser, insbesondere rotierend und/oder umlaufend, bewegt, und mit einer berührungslos arbeitenden Abtasteinrichtung zum Erfassen zumindest eines Teils der äußeren Kontur der aufzuschneidenden Produkte, wobei die Abtasteinrichtung zur Konturerfassung wenigstens einen im Arbeitsbereich angeordneten Kompaktsensor umfasst.
