Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine hydropneumatische Federung (1) für ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere Schienenfahrzeug, die eine Hydraulikzylinderanordnung (2) mit einem Hydraulikzylinder (3) und einem in dem Hydraulikzylinder hin- und herbewegbaren Zylinderkolben (4), ein erstes Federsegment (5), das an einem der beiden Längsenden der Hydraulikzylinderanordnung angeordnet ist, und ein zweites Federsegment (6), das an dem anderen der beiden Längsenden der Hydraulikzylinderanordnung angeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei die jeweiligen Längsenden der Hydraulikzylinderanordnung und die zugehörigen Federsegmente jeweils so ausgelegt sind, dass diese einen nach innen zur Hydraulikzylinderanordnung gewölbte Bogenform bilden.
