The plate prepared by the invention has the remarkable characteristics of ultrahigh strength, high toughness and high durability of ultra-high-performance concrete, and has various performance indexes superior to those of common-strength concrete by multiple times or more, so that the defects of low strength, low density, poor disassembly resistance, poor weather resistance, poor freeze-thaw resistance and the like of the original cement-based plate are completely overcome.
