Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020180211A1] The filter includes the housing and the cover. The housing consists of the cylindrical part and the hollow truncated cone, the periphery of the larger base of which passes into a cylindrical mesh formed by straight-line grooves and concentric stiffeners. The wall of the hollow truncated cone is perforated with rectangular through windows that are proportional to the through capacity of the cylindrical mesh holes. The cover is made integral with a pass fitting with the outlet hole, and on the other side - with the flange, on the inside of which the edges of the housing are installed. The cover is provided with a sleeve made with a threaded section in the cylindrical part of the housing. In the sleeve the built-in check valve with a shutter is installed, the seat of which is fixed in the thread of the sleeve. The rod is placed in the holes of the guides, installed with their outer bands in the sleeve with the possibility of axial movement of the rod with the valve for interaction with the seat when exposed to flow from the side of the fitting of the cover. In the cover, at the upper edge of the sleeve, the internal stop collar is made for fixing the guides of the check valve rod. The check valve shutter is made poppet- shaped. The achieved result consists in reducing the dimensions and weight of the hydraulic system, simplifying the design of joints and increasing maintainability, simplifying installation technology in the hydraulic system, as well as increasing the durability and reliability of operation, due to the protected internal placement of the check valve and, therefore, the duration of operation.
