The apparatus comprises one or more devices (13) for the insertion of said product in respective containers (15) and provide for said containers (15) and said one or more devices (13) for the insertion of the product in the corresponding container (15) to be movable independently of each other, with the respective inserting device (13) being movable in a coordinated manner, or correspondingly, with the movement of the corresponding container to be filled (15), during, in particular only during, the step of filling the latter by the same inserting device (13).
