[origin: WO2020125963A1] The invention relates to a shoe (1), in particular a sports shoe, having a shoe upper part (2) and a sole part (3) connected to the shoe upper part (2), wherein the sole part (3) comprises a sole body (4) having a bottom region (5) and a side wall region (6). The bottom region (5) and the wall region (6) form a receiving chamber (7) which is open at the top, which receiving chamber (7) is filled with a bulk material (8), which bulk material (8) consists at least partially, preferably completely, of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), the filled receiving chamber (7) being sealed by a sealing body (9). According to the invention, in order to produce the shoe economically and achieve a particularly comfortable wear feeling in the process, the sealing body (9) is a knitted fabric that forms a mesh structure, the mesh structure having a mesh width (w1, w2) of at least 0.5 mm. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a shoe.
