[origin: WO2020124104A1] The invention relates to a self-retracting device for a furniture part (18) which can be extended out of a furniture body (17) by means of an extension guide, comprising a slide (2) which is movably mounted on a main part (1) and which can be moved in an extension direction (12) from a main position into a standby position against the force of a retracting spring (3), said slide being held in the standby position by a holding device. In order to move the slide (2) from the main position into the standby position, a driver (4) is coupled to the slide (2) and can be uncoupled from the slide (2) in the standby position of the slide (2). The retracting spring (3) engages on a lever (6) which is pivotally mounted on the main part (1) about a first pivot axis (7) and on the slide (2) about a second pivot axis (8), wherein the lever (6) can be moved relative to the first pivot axis (7), or the first pivot axis (7) can be moved relative to the main part (1).
