[origin: WO2020127898A1] The invention relates to a container, in particular a fermenter for fermenting biologically decomposable substances, having at least one base and at least one wall, wherein an interior (I) of the container (1) is enclosed by means of the base and the wall, wherein the container (1) has at least one agitator (2) which projects into the interior (I) and which, in an installed position (4), is held on an upper bearing and a lower bearing (15), wherein the lower bearing (15) is arranged on the base of the container (1) and a bearing device located at a lower end (13) of the shaft (6) can be supported in the lower bearing (15), wherein the shaft (6) has a longitudinal axis (9) which, in the installed position (5), encloses an angle between 5° and 60° with respect to the vertical. In order to provide an alternative container in which the agitator can be changed as simply as possible during operation, according to the invention a guide device (19) which is arranged on an upper side (18) of the container (1) and which has a contact surface (20) for at least one portion (21, 24, 25) of the shaft (6) is provided, wherein the agitator (2) can be aligned along the contact surface (20) by means of the shaft (6) and can be guided into the installed position (5).
