The method comprises: - generating, at a processing structure (9), a piece of incident reporting information (INF) depending on incident reporting data (SIGN) relative to the incident and generated at one or more user terminals (7) and comprising at least geolocation data of the incident, - selecting one or more recipients (3) of the received incident reporting data depending on the incident reporting data, the recipient or recipients being selected from a database (29) of recipients of the processing structure, and - transmitting the incident reporting information to the selected recipient or recipients.
