The carrier 6 is provided with an electric power supply 16; a motor 25; a pair of rollers 34 sending out the yarn-like articles 20 and driven by the motor 25; and a cutting device 40 cutting the yarn-like articles 20 and provided at a downstream position than the pair of rollers 34.
