Une trancheuse à pain comprenant- un compartiment de chargement (6) adjacent au côté avant (2) qui est connecté à un compartiment de réception (7) à proximité du côté arrière (3) de la trancheuse,- une ouverture d'accès (8) pour poser un pain (16) à couper dans le compartiment de chargement (6) par un utilisateur qui est positionné devant le côté avant (2),- un organe de coupe pour découper des tranches du pain (16) lorsque celui-ci se déplace entre lesdits compartiments (6,7),- une surface de support (9) pour le pain (16) s'étendant dans les compartiments (6,7).La surface de support (9) est inclinée d'un angle (a) compris entre 25° et 70° par rapport à une droite horizontale.
