Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020142798A1] The invention relates to a method and a device for the transfer of fluids from dispensing vessels, e.g. sample (921) and/or reagent vessels (951a, 951b) into at least one receiving vessel (201), wherein a moving pipettor (300) of the pipetting device is designed such that it can move along a first direction (x) and it has at least one pipetting module (3011), which can be moved along an arm (304) of the pipettor (300) in a second direction (y) that is substantially vertical relative to the first direction (x), and at least one hollow needle (307) of which is designed such that it can be lowered into the individual vessels (921, 951a, 951b, 201). According to the invention, the arm (304) of the moveable pipettor (300) has a base structure (340) which can be moved in the x-direction and on which two bars (341, 342) are secured, aligned in parallel and projecting horizontally in the y-direction, on the facing longitudinal sides of which respective pipetting modules (3011, 3012) are arranged which can independently pass one another, wherein every pipetting module (3011, 3012) has at least one hollow needle (307) that can be lowered into the individual vessels (921, 951a, 951b, 201).
