Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dunstabzugshaube (1) mit einem Bedienmodul (2), wobei das Bedienmodul (2) ein Bedienfeld (3) zum Einstellen von Funktionen der mit dem Bedienmodul (2) gekoppelten Dunstabzugshaube (1) umfasst. Das Bedienfeld (3) weist mindestens zwei Bereiche (A1,..., B7) auf, wobei das Bedienmodul (2) dazu eingerichtet ist, in einem ersten Betriebsmodus des Bedienmoduls (2) und bei Betätigung eines spezifischen Bereichs (A1,...,B7) mindestens eine jeweilige spezifische Funktion der Dunstabzugshaube (1) einzustellen. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Bedienmodul (2) weiterhin in einem zweiten Betriebsmodus betreibbar, wobei das Bedienmodul (2) dazu eingerichtet ist, im zweiten Betriebsmodus und bei Betätigung von mindestens zwei Bereichen (A1,..., B7) mindestens eine vorgegebene Funktion der gekoppelten Dunstabzugshaube (1) einzustellen.
