Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020148301A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a three-phase heavy-duty detergent wipe, wherein a dispersion is applied to a carrier material that is solid at room temperature, comprising the following steps: (a) providing a liquid detergent lotion with exothermically saponified components or soap and a water proportion of 10-30 wt.%; (b) adding solid additives to the liquid detergent lotion by means of a dispersing agent, such that the dispersion is produced with a solid proportion of 1-10 wt.%; wherein the steps (a) and (b) are carried out at ambient temperature; characterised by the following additional steps: (c) providing a carrier material made from a finite, needled fibre; (d) applying the dispersion to the carrier material by means of a moistening device, such that the carrier material statistically fixes the dispersion; wherein the steps (c) and (d) are carried out at ambient temperature.
