[origin: EP3912494A1] In the process for producing a reconstituted tobacco sheet comprising a tobacco raw material and an aerosol-forming agent, a technique is provided whereby it becomes possible to improve production suitability and mechanical strength and to secure the content of an aerosol formation solution per a unit area satisfactorily. A method for producing a laminated reconstituted tobacco sheet comprises a sheet feeding step of feeding a plurality of reconstituted tobacco sheets each containing an aerosol-forming agent and water and a pressure-bonding step of allowing the plurality of reconstituted tobacco sheets to pass between pressing rollers continuously while keeping the plurality of reconstituted tobacco sheets in a laminated form to pressure-bond the reconstituted tobacco sheets to each other, wherein at least one of the reconstituted tobacco sheets is a tobacco sheet which is produced by a paper-making technique in such a manner that a tobacco raw material is extracted with water to separate the tobacco raw material into a water-based tobacco extract and a water-insoluble tobacco residue, then pulp is blended to the insoluble tobacco residue, then a base sheet is made from the resultant blended product by a paper-making technique and then the water-based tobacco extract is added to the base sheet.
