[origin: WO2020152368A1] The aim of the invention is to provide a volleyball training device that is suitable for providing training in passes (21) and in spikes (15, 17) both on a volleyball court and on a beach volleyball court. This aim is achieved in that the device comprises: a fastening unit (18) for fastening the device to a net post (10A, 10B) of a volleyball net (9); a ball ramp (20) for forming a ball waiting line (22) composed of a plurality of volleyballs, which ball ramp is arranged on the fastening unit (18); a ball-catching basket (19) for catching volleyballs and reloading the ball waiting line (22) with volleyballs, which ball-catching basket is arranged at a first end of the ball ramp (20); and a ball-holding device (23) for automatic reloading with volleyballs from the ball waiting line (22) and for holding a volleyball in order to provide training in a volleyball spike (15, 17), which ball-holding device (23) is arranged at a second end of the ball ramp (20), wherein: the ball-catching basket (19) and the ball-holding device (23) are detachably fastened to the ball ramp (20); the ball-catching basket (19) can be fastened at the second end of the ball ramp (20) instead of the ball-holding device (23) in order to provide training in a volleyball pass (21).
