[origin: WO2021239364A1] The invention relates to a method for locating persons (PS1 ... PS8) in a publicly accessible space (RM), more particularly an area of a railway station such as a railway platform (BS). In said method, persons dwelling in the space (RM) are located, and the determined location coordinates of the persons (PS1 ... PSN) are jointly processed with computer assistance. In the processing, the distance (A) of the persons (PS1 ... PS8) from adjacent persons (PS1 ... PS8) is determined, the distance (A) is compared with a defined minimum distance (MA), and a triggering signal is generated if a determined distance (A) is less than the minimum distance (MA). Thus, measures can be taken to lessen a situation, for example due to a risk of infection. For example, a loudspeaker announcement (GQ) can be made. The invention further relates to a computer program product and a providing device for said computer program product.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Orten von Personen (PS1 ... PS8) in einem öffentlich zugänglichen Raum (RM), insbesondere einem Bahnhofsbereich wie einem Bahnsteig (BS). Dabei werden Personen, die sich in dem Raum (RM) aufhalten, geortet, und die ermittelten Ortskoordinaten der Personen (PS1 ... PSN) gemeinsam rechnergestützt verarbeitet. Bei der Verarbeitung wird der Abstand (A) der Personen (PS1 ... PS8) zu jeweils benachbarten Personen (PS1 ... PS8) ermittelt, der Abstand (A) wird mit einem festgelegten Mindestabstand (MA) verglichen und ein Auslösesignal wird generiert, wenn ein ermittelter Abstand (A) den Mindestabstand (MA) unterschreitet. So können Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, den Zustand beispielsweise wegen eines Ansteckungsrisikos zu vermindern. Es kann z. B. eine Laussprecherdurchsage GQ erfolgen. Ferner werden ein Computerprogrammprodukt sowie eine Bereitstellungsvorrichtung für dieses offenbart.
