Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020160823A1] A polyfunctional hydrotherapy device with additional therapeutic value, of the portable monobloc type for lower limbs, comprising at least one anatomic tub (2) with at least one upper or tubular leg (3), preferably with walls (6) close to the limb (10) to form a vase (2) preferably internally shaped as a boot, provided inside and on the walls (6) of: means for the alternating supply (15, 17, 21, 23) and discharge (16, 18, 22, 24) of water at differentiated temperatures, preferably with relative pumping and heating means (14, 20) as well as tanks incorporated in the monobloc (1); a plurality of water jet and/or turbojet means (7, 8) or on several levels suitable to also selectively linear and/or cyclonic water diffuser nozzles (7, 8) distributed at the base, radially and on several levels suitable to also selectively impact the leg, foot and foot sole (10), supplied with water substantially at the same temperature as the temperature that contingently impacts the tub (2), preferably with simultaneous activation as the relative sinking of the limb (10) as the liquid rises in the tub (2), more preferably with relative pumping means (14, 20) incorporated in the monobloc (1); a plurality of air blowing means (9) or air insufflator nozzles (9) distributed at the base, radially and on several levels suitable to also selectively impact the leg, foot and foot sole (10), preferably with relative compression means (29) incorporated in the mono bloc (1); optional plastic-elastic stockings (31), preferably made of gel, wrapping adherent to the limb (10) or part thereof, interchangeable and possibly removably adjustably fixed at the top part to the inlet of the tub (2); electronic means suitable to interlock with a programmable computerised logic the actuation, the temperature, the intensity, the timing and the control of all functions and stimulations as well as the sequences and interactions of functions and stimulations of the device.
