[origin: WO2020161578A1] The invention relates to a heat transfer system for use in a ventilating system, having a heat exchanger which has an outer region and an inner region enclosed by the outer region, flow channels for a first fluid and for a second fluid being arranged in the outer region, and the inner region providing a hollow space, the heat transfer system also having at least one flow generation device for creating a fluid flow in the heat exchanger, said flow generation device having a ventilation unit and a drive unit, the drive unit being arranged in the hollow space of the heat exchanger. The invention further relates to a ventilating system for ventilating spaces, more particularly in halls, apartments, houses and the like, having at least one pipe for guiding air and a heat transfer system according to the invention, wherein the heat transfer system is arranged inside the at least one pipe.
