[origin: WO2020165787A1] A surgical aid for joints, comprising: a first plate (10), intended to be positioned in contact with a first bone of a joint; a second plate (20), intended to be positioned in contact with a second bone of the joint; an actuator (50), configured to exert a force that tends to move the first plate (10) and the second plate (20) away from each other. The actuator (50) comprises an inflatable bag (5), interposed between the two plates (10, 20). An elastic casing (4) at least partially encloses the two plates (10, 20) and the inflatable bag (5).
