[origin: WO2020167181A1] An arrangement for a well cover comprising a housing accommodating a non-rotationally anchored nut (19) having an internally threaded hole for a threaded bolt (20), a piston (12; 14) supported rotationally on the bolt (20), wherein an upper end (12) of the piston (12; 14) supports a well cover lid while an upper end (22) of the bolt (20) projects above the piston (12; 14) and being accessible via a hole (7; 8; 9) which opens in an upwards facing side of the well cover lid, whereby the well cover lid will be brought by the piston (12; 14) to follow the axial displacement of the bolt (20), upwards or downwards, as the bolt is turned under threaded engagement with the nut (19).
