The roof (2) is primarily formed by welding and installing a roof side beam section bar (21), an air conditioner plate section bar (22) and an arc-shaped roof section bar (23); the side wall (3) is primarily formed by welding and installing a side wallboard section bar (31), a door column section bar (32) and a side wall upper beam section bar (33); the bottom rack (4) is primarily formed by welding and installing bottom rack side beam section bars (41) located on two sides and a bottom rack floor section bar (42) in the middle position; the roof (2) and the side wall (3) and the side wall (3) and the bottom rack (4) are connected using a double shaft shoulder FWS. The present train body (1) solves the problem of difficulty in further reducing the weight of a conventional aluminum alloy body due to the strength limitations of the materials thereof, and avoids welding deformation.
