[origin: WO2020229405A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic drive system consisting of at least two individual units (2), each of which has a hydraulic pump (14) that can be actuated by means of a drive (12) and that feeds pressurised fluid on the output side into a common feed line (18) to which at least one valve device (34) is connected in a manner associated with each individual unit (2), wherein two adjacent individual units (2) are separated from one another or are fluidically connected to one another by means of a valve (15, 16, 17) in the feed line (18), said units being longitudinally linked with one another in a row in a modular manner and each comprising a section of the feed line (18), said sections being connected to one another at separable fluid connection points (20) between the adjacent individual units (2) and forming the feed line (18).
