Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Karusselltür (100) für eine Gebäudeinstallation, aufweisend sich gegenüberstehende Trommelwände (10) und einen Deckenkörper (11), weiterhin aufweisend ein Drehkreuz (13), das zwischen den Trommelwänden (10) drehbar angeordnet ist und mehrere Flügelelemente (12) umfasst, und wobei die Karusselltür (100) einen Türboden (14) aufweist oder wobei die Karusselltür (100) zum Aufbau auf einem Türboden (14) ausgebildet ist, den die Flügelelemente (12) bei einer Rotation des Drehkreuzes (13) überstreifen, und wobei wenigstens ein Sensor (15) eingerichtet ist, der zur Absicherung eines Bereiches (B) vor dem rotierenden Flügelelement (12) insbesondere in Richtung zum Türboden (14) ausgebildet ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Karusselltür (100) wenigstens ein Leuchtmittel (16) auf, das dazu ausgebildet ist, ein Lichtsignal zur Bildung einer Lichtsignalfunktion zu emittieren, wenn mittels des Sensors (15) ein Fremdkörper in einen Nahbereich vor dem rotierenden Flügelelement (12) erkannt wird.
