[origin: WO2020178269A1] The device comprises, in a cover (2), a juxtaposition of inflatable cells (3; 4; 5), each comprising a sealed casing (30), and each provided with at least two unidirectional flow rate control valves, one of which (31) is suitable for extracting air while the other (32) is suitable for inserting air, and in that the casing (30) internally comprises at least one block (33) made of foam or similar, which is capable of firstly being deformed when pressure is applied to the cell (3; 4; 5) so as to cause the casing (30) to deflate, and secondly returning to the original shape thereof when no pressure is applied so as to cause the casing (30) to expand by suction.
