The cover plate (32, 49) has an outer side edge (34) directed to the chamber wall (7) having a protruding spring (35). A groove (38) is provided in the chamber wall (7), in which groove the cover plate (32, 49) having the spring (35) is inserted. In the inserted position, the cover plate (32) is secured in position by the cover disc (33).
