Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020185699A1] The systems and methods described herein determine a patient-specific pharmaceutical dosing regimen for a patient, using a computerized pharmaceutical dosing regimen recommendation system. The systems and methods herein provide for a drug-agnostic model, such that the computerized pharmaceutical dosing regimen recommendation system is configured to evaluate and recommend one or more patient-specific dosing regimens that apply to not only a single drug but a class of drugs. The drug-agnostic model provides greater utility than drug-specific models by accessing a broad range of clinical data gathered for all of the drugs in the class of drugs. Rather than implementing multiple models, where each model corresponds to a single drug in a class, a drug-agnostic model is applicable to all drugs within the class and may accordingly be applied to a wider range of patients than single-drug models and across a range of administration routes.
