[origin: CN113968415A] The invention relates to a pouring element with a safeguarding cutting element guide, for a composite package, comprising a main body having a pouring tube and an encircling fastening flange, a hollow-cylindrical cutting element that is arranged concentrically and guided movably in the pouring tube, and a reclosable screw cap, wherein the cutting element is drivable by the screw cap for opening the composite package for the first time and wherein at least two guide ribs formed on the pouring tube cooperate in a corresponding manner with transmission means formed on the cutting element such that an opening path has, upstream, an at least predominantly axial penetrating section followed by a linearly rotational section about the longitudinal axis of the pouring tube, wherein the cutting element is arranged such that it is guidable along the opening path. In order to ensure increased safety in the guidance of the cutting element, provision is made for the pouring tube to have at least two first safety elements that are designed, together with the at least two guide ribs, to achieve guidance, bearing on both sides, for the transmission means of the cutting element along the penetration and/or rotational section of the opening path.
