Beschrieben wird eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere ein Dieselmotor, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit wenigstens einem Arbeitszylinder und einem den Arbeitszylinder verschließenden Zylinderkopf (4), in dem für den Arbeitszylinder ein Injektor zur Kraftstoffeinspritzung (3) angeordnet ist, wobei für den Injektor zur Kraftstoffeinspritzung (3) eine Spannpratze (1) vorgesehen ist, deren eines Ende sich auf das andere Ende stützt, mit wenigstens zwei Armen derart vorgesehen ist, dass jeweils ein Arm der Spannpratze (1) auf einen Injektor zur (3) wirkt und der Injektor zur Kraftstoffeinspritzung (3) mit einer definierten Kraft gegen einen Sitz bzw. eine Dichtung (11) im Zylinderkopf (4) dichtend drückt, wobei eine als Durchsteckschraube ausgeführte Pratzenschraube (7) mit Schraubenkopfbund (17) und mit korrespondierendem Gewinde im Zylinderkopf (4) vorgesehen ist, welche die Spannpratze (1) am Zylinderkopf (4) befestigt, wobei die Arme der Spannpratze (1) derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Arme der Spannpratze (1) auf einer Auflagefläche (2) am Injektor (3) und auf einer Auflagefläche (5) am Zylinderkopf (4) zur Auflage kommen.
