[origin: WO2020201637A1] The invention relates to a convertible furniture (1), comprising at least a first and a second furniture part (2a, 2b) and thereto supported at least one bed (3a, 3b) and at least one table part (4a, 4b); and pivoting means (5a, 5b) comprising a hinge structure between the at least two furniture parts (2a, 2b).The pivoting means (5a, 5b) are arranged to guide the movement of the furniture part (2a, 2b) between at least a table position, where at least one table part is arranged horizontally, thereby forming a horizontal table surface (4), and the at least one bed is unusable; and a bed position, where the at least one bed is usable, and the at least one table part is unusable,The pivot point (P) of the hinge structure is arranged as a virtual pivot point outside the furniture parts (2a, 2b). The invention also relates to a method using the furniture (1).
