[origin: WO2020193311A1] The invention relates to an automatically controlled door assembly (1) as a lift level door of a lift system (3), comprising: at least one door leaf (7) which can be actively moved between an open and a closed position; a drive (9) for moving the door leaf (7) between the open and the closed position; a controller (11) for controlling the drive (9); a sensor system (13) for detecting people (23) or objects in front of the door leaf; and a data connection (19) for a data exchange with an external computer (21). The door assembly (1) is configured to: receive and process signals from the sensor system (13) in the controller (11); send request data to the external computer (21) via the data connection (19) based on the processed signals; receive instruction data produced as a result by the external computer (21); and control the drive (9) of the door leaf (7) while taking the instruction data into consideration. The door assembly (1) allows for new fields of application, such as a monitorable, automated and preferably stepless access to buildings, e.g. for robots, or a receiving and storing of delivered gods via the door assembly (1).
