A sole (1) for shoes (10), which is constituted by a single element made with a compound based on expandable and cross-linkable polyolefins, commonly known as expanded ethylene vinyl acetate (expanded EVA), which comprises transverse grooves (2) distributed on two mutually opposite faces.
