Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmekabine mit einer Warmluftabfuhr. Insbesondere geht es um eine Wärmekabine (10), welche mit einer Wärmezufuhr und einem Abluftsystem ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Wärmekabine (10) Tragbalken (42) und Verkleidungspaneele (40) umfasst und die Verkleidungspaneele (40) senkrecht zu einer Wand- oder Deckennormalen ausgerichtet sind und das Abluftsystem Abluftöffnungen (50) in den Verkleidungspaneelen (40) umfasst, deren Form durch die Tragbalken (42) und / oder die Verkleidungspaneele (40) bestimmt wird und welche keinen Durchgang parallel zur Wand- oder Deckennormalen haben. Ferner geht es um ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Wärmekabine.
