[origin: WO2022034051A1] The invention relates to an interlacing jet (100) for producing yarns with nodes, interlaced yarns, DTY or flat yarns with nodes. The interlacing jet (100) comprises a yarn channel (1) with a air spin chamber (2). The air spin chamber (2) comprises an in-flow opening (4) for introducing air into the air spin chamber (2). A channel axis (M) extends in a thread guiding direction (F). The yarn channel (1) comprises a channel width (21) transverse to the channel axis (M). The air spin chamber (2) comprises a chamber length (29) in the thread guiding direction (F) and a chamber extension (28) transverse to said length. The chamber length (29) is at least 180% of the chamber extension (28), preferably at least 200% of the chamber extension (28), and the chamber length (29) is preferably at least 1.5 mm longer than the chamber extension (28).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verwirbelungsdüse (100) für die Herstellung von Knotengarnen, verwirbeltem Garn, von DTY- oder Glattgarnen mit Knoten. Die Verwirbelungsdüse (100) umfasst einen Garnkanal (1) mit einer Luftdrallkammer (2). Die Luftdrallkammer (2) umfasst eine Einblasöffnung (4) zur Einbringung von Luft in die Luftdrallkammer (2). Es erstreckt sich eine Kanalachse (M) in einer Fadenführrichtung (F). Der Garnkanal (1) umfasst eine Kanalbreite (21) quer zu der Kanalachse (M). Die Luftdrallkammer (2) umfasst eine Kammerlänge (29) in Fadenführrichtung (F) und eine Kammerausdehnung (28) quer zu dieser Länge. Die Kammerlänge (29) beträgt mindestens 180% der Kammerausdehnung (28), bevorzugt mindestens 200% der Kammerausdehnung (28), und bevorzugt ist die Kammerlänge (29) mindestens 1.5mm länger als die Kammerausdehnung (28).
