[origin: WO2020216724A1] The invention relates to a fluid line (10) having a wave form portion (12). The wave form portion (12) extends at least at a minimum distance along a longitudinal axis (16) of the fluid line (10). The wave form portion (12) has a wave peak element (18), which has, along a peripheral direction (20) extending around the longitudinal axis (16) of the fluid line (10), a varying distance from the longitudinal axis (16), the distance comprising a distance curve in the peripheral direction (20), the distance curve providing a non-circular contour. The invention thus provides a fluid line (10) having a wave form portion (12), which fluid line reduces the pressure drop at the wave form portion (12).
