The light conversion layer (120) is disposed on the light-emitting element (110). The color filter layer (130) covers the sidewalls (121) of the light conversion layer (120). In addition, the light-emitting unit may further include a protection layer (140) located between the color filter layer (130) and the light conversion layer (120).
