[origin: WO2020221208A1] An air extraction and pressure release assembly, a vacuum head assembly (32), a jar lid assembly (3) and a food processor. The air extraction and pressure release assembly, being capable of extracting air to create vacuum and releasing pressure for a jar body (21), comprises an air extraction cover (323), an air extraction device (324) and an air admission hole (3205) and a venting hole (3204) that are in communication with a space inside the jar body (21). The air extraction cover (323) comprises an air inlet (3235) in communication with the air admission hole (3205) and an air outlet (3236) in communication with the venting hole (3204). The air extraction device (324) is in communication with the air outlet (3236). When the air extraction and pressure release assembly extracts air to create vacuum, the air extraction device (324) extracts air inside the jar body (21) via the venting hole (3204) and the air outlet (3236). When the air extraction and pressure release assembly releases pressure, outside air can enter into the jar body (21) via the air admission hole (3205) and the air inlet (3235). The structure is simple.
