Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to an enclosed unit 1 for biological sample processing comprising a support 2 with a housing 3 for receiving a reaction tube 5 containing a biological sample to process and guide means movable with respect to the support, so that said displacement pulls out a protruding plug 4 of the reaction tube placed in the housing of the support and allows a reagent 8 to fall into the reaction tube. Advantageously, the guide means are movable in translation or in rotation with respect to the support.
